How we manage debt
The organisation is always willing to assist customers who find themselves in financial difficulty, and can access the advice services of its parent charity to assist on a case by case referral basis.
However we are a business and must ensure the continuity of service to our customers by addressing debt. Our Debt Recovery Policy lays out how we will do this.
