Office Hours and Contact Details

Following the closure of our offices during the Covid-19 pandemic, our staff are now hybrid working , spending part of the week in the office and part at home. Staff can be contacted by telephone on 0141 959 3145 Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm.You can also contact WSPM by e-mail at admin@wspm.org.uk WSPM aims to respond to all queries within 5 working days.

Our offices are not currently open to the public, however, arrangements can be made to meet with customers by appointment if the matter cannot be dealt with over the telephone or by e-mail.

Public Holidays 2022/2023

Our offices will be closed on the following dates:

September weekend holiday – closed Fri 23rd & Mon 26th September 2022
Christmas & New Year holiday – closed from Mon 26th December 2022 to Wednesday 4th January 2023 inclusive

Emergencies

If you wish to report an emergency common repair outwith office hours please telephone 0141 959 2552. You will then be transferred to a call centre who will be able to help.
