Our common repairs service
WS Property Management, as factor, offers a repairs service for the common areas of the building but not for repairs within individual flats/houses.
The type of repairs we can deal with are (although this list is not exhaustive):-
- Problems with the close door or door entry system
- Problems with the close or backcourt lighting
- Problems with the back door to the close
- Damage to the fixtures of the close eg. bannisters, windows, tiles etc.
- Damage to the bin stores
- Damage to the fabric of the building eg. stonework, roof tiles
- Water ingress to the close or a specific property
As from 5th January 2021 we can only offer an emergency repairs service in line with Scottish Government guidelines.
When reporting your repair, please give as much information about the nature of the repair, what happened and its location. Please advise when you will be available to give access to the tradesman. Where we need to access the inside of your property, for example where you have water coming into your property, we will require to know your Covid-19 status and that of any member of household.
If you are reporting an emergency out of hours, please call 0141 959 2552 and your call will be put through to our call handling service who will arrange for a contractor to call. You must be in a position to give access for 6 hours following the call reporting the emergency. The contractor may not be in a position to contact you prior to attending.
